LAND MINE/ CORE PLATE
The MiStrength LAND MINE/ CORE PLATE is a stand alone, floor based system that allows the customer to train the abs/ obliques/ lower back/ lats /chest/ shoulders. Our heavy duty and functional design encourages you to push yourself to the max using exercises based on your own specific requirements. Whether you use an full olympic (50mm) or standard (25mm) bar, our product will perform beyond your expectations. As with all our products, this can be custom specified in a huge range of colours or a galvernised finish for outdoor use.
MISTRENGTH HYBRID OLYMPIC BUMPER PLATES
The MiStrength Hybrid Olympic Bumper Plate is near the top of our olympic plate series. With a profile of 40mm and with a diameter of 450mm, our heavy duty and slimline design will be perfect for more functional exercises with a custom stainless steel finish and will exceed your expectations. With hand grip cut outs lazered into the plates, it allows ease of transport and adds exercises such as flies, bent over rows and bus drivers to be performed. Our Hybrid Bumper plates really are the multi purpose plate to give confidence to push yourself further than you ever though possible and achieve goals beyond your expectations. These are finished in a stainless steel case with coloured inserts.
